"Opportunity"
What The World- the Economy, The Market, the People, The Land-- what they need, is Opportunities To Grow.  We need, for one thing, a Free Market where absolutely Anyone can sell and buy goods.  Free Trade.  Opportunity.  Everyone, regardless of things discrimination prohibits, must be allowed to participate.  Everyone.  Children too.  All the people must be allowed to help, or there will be a stagnation in everything.  The world can't grow if it isn't allowed to shed dead matter and grow new abilities.  To learn new things.  Start something new.  Grow a business.  Open the doors of the public libraries.  Start a school.  Write a new book.  Hand out money to everyone to stimulate growth.
This country is in a position that it could thrive and grow if we pumped enough money into the economy.  Everybody wants to heal.  Badly.  We all need a little incentive to keep ourselves going.  Some people need more than others.  Everybody needs help.
